Volunteer Opportunities

The ESM Little League is always looking for parents and relatives to help out during the year.  This is most important during the May - July timeframe for parents to be involved with their child's game as a coach.  Even if you cannot coach the entire time, sharing the responsibility with 1-2 other parents makes everyone else job easier.  You don't have to know everything about the game.  Being there to help with the basics can mean a lot to a child.

If you have the ability to help coach during the season, please be sure to contact our VP of Baseball of VP of Softball to let them know of your availability!  You can also sign up for a volunteer role through your account.  After logging in, go to your account home, click on the Volunteer button on the left hand side of the Account home.  From this page you can click the Find Volunteer Roles button in the upper-right hand corner.  You can then choose from the open programs what you would like to volunteer for.

There are also other opportunities to volunteer.  Being involved as a Board Member can help shape the direction of the league for years to come.  Even if you cannot participate as a Board Member, coming to a board meeting to provide feedback can help make the league better for all involved.  Consider coming to one of our monthly board meetings and get involved.
